Inadequate arch support can lead to symptoms such as pain, aching, stiffness, and reduced mobility. It could also develop problems in other parts of the body, such as pain in the lower legs and back.

These problems are compounded by standing or walking for long periods of time, or overuse of the feet during work or sports. Support your feet, whether you’re on them all day, or recovering from a long run day.

The Cookie is engineered for maximum support of every arch type: neutral, low or high. It’s designed with performance in mind, for elite endurance athletes or everyday work boots.

Unlike conventional foam or gel arch supports, The Cookie isn’t mass produced. Industrial waste is eliminated, and the environmental impact is reduced, by using alternative materials and additive manufacturing techniques. Research has shown that the Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) provides improved running economy over standard insoles and a “rebound” that increases propulsive load over the EVA material found in other shoe inserts.

We prefer a material-saving texture based on a unique lattice structure discovered by NASA scientists. Engineers at MIT determined this lattice mesh was up to 10 times stronger than a solid block of foam or gel. And the mesh structure means you can wash it without trapping water inside. Our unique geometric surface creates a breathable structure, that when combined with the polymer material, can be cleaned by a variety of household methods. Launder with your shoes or insoles and replace before the mesh frays for best performance. (Like most running shoes, we recommend a new pair after about 600 miles)
